Kabayan Golf Club is a non-profit social golf society governed by an adopted constitution, elected officers, and a code of conduct that ensures every member is treated with equal respect and dignity.
Constitution & By-Laws
Formally adopted governance documents that define membership standards, officer roles, decision-making authority, and club conduct with transparency, integrity, and principle, while ensuring the Club operates in accordance with applicable USGA rules and regulations.
Non-Profit Mission
All activities and financial operations are aligned strictly with the Club’s mission of fellowship, heritage, and community, consistent with its non-profit 501(c)(7) social club status, and shall never be conducted for private commercial gain.

President
Provides overall vision and leadership, chairs club gatherings, and serves as the principal representative and voice of the Kabayan Golf Club community.
Vice President
Supports the President in governance and the member experience, assumes leadership duties when required, and oversees key club programs.
Secretary
Stewards all club correspondence, maintains official records, and ensures clear and gracious communication between officers and membership.
Treasurer
Oversees all financial matters with full transparency, maintains club accounts, and ensures responsible stewardship of membership resources.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides oversight, guidance, and strategic direction beyond the day-to-day duties of the officers, working in unity with leadership to make sound decisions that protect the Club’s integrity, mission, and long-term growth.
